2. What is a Screen Set Up Charge?
Most items require a custom plate or screen in order for us to imprint your products. A plate or screen is required for each colour that is printed. Usually these screens are a one time cost and in most circumstances, can be used again if there are no changes required.
3. Is there a charge for Shipping & Handling?
All orders are shipped F.O.B. from the manufacturer. Usually due to the volume of goods shipped, we can usually offer you the most economical shipping. However, should you wish to use your own shipping account, please advise the shipping company and your account number.
4. Can I see what my artwork will look like before printing?
Yes, we provide a complimentary fax or email proof to the actual imprinted size proof prior to production of your order.
5. What does 5% +/- ( over and under mean )?
Due to the manufacturing process and quality production standards, there can be over runs and occasionally under runs. Industry standards allow 5% over and under. We bill you only for the actual quantity shipped. If you wish to receive the exact quantity, there is a surcharge for this service. Please inquire with your customer service representative.
